I purchased SnapMag with the SnapCaps and it allow me to train draw, acquisition and fire with timing. I can quickly re-rack the slide without it locking open (empty mag or chambering/ejecting the SnapCaps. I think there should be one of these included in the SnapCaps kits, they are that handy. Definitely a recommended purchase!

For hammer fire (specifically my Springfield Defender 1911 .45 caliber) you cannot rack it because you'll get stuck in the back position. And then you have to drop the magazine to release the slide . You should only pull the trigger back with your thumb and not pull the slide back. Other than that I love it in my 9 mm and my .45s.

They recommended that I order the larger/orange mag block but it was too big. They quickly sent the smaller/blue one and it fits fine. They were prompt to resolve the issue.

These Mack blockers don’t fit exactly in my double Stack 45 ACP, but it is working. They move around in there a little bit I think maybe because it’s a double stacked magazine is why they’re a little smaller than the opening.

The device as advertised was supposed to function for the following magazines
P365 x macro and or .45 .
The block would not fit in the P365 x macro magazine
The block did fit in a 1911 45 magazine but the firearm would not function.

I really like the concept and the quality of the product. I think the description needs to be tweaked somewhat. They did not work in my magazines, even though I carry a "standard" 9mm. Contacted the company, explained the problem and they confirmed I needed the larger, orange blocks instead, which are listed as fitting "9mm 2011", which is no where near my what my weapon is. They were able to expedite another order of the orange blocks out to me, I do appreciate the help with that!

These are okay. They don’t quite work with my Shield Arms S15 magazines for my Glock 43x. The metal magazine kind of strips away at the plastic mag blocker. Once inserted, it then gets stuck in the magazine and I have to take apart the magazine to get it out. They work well with the stock Glock magazines though. Just wish I could use it hassle free with my carry magazines for better practice

These work fine. They only work with my Glock magazines and not my Shield Arms S15 magazine, which I use when I carry. I can get the piece in the magazine but because the magazine is metal, it kind of strips away at the plastic mag blocker a little bit, and the blocker is then stuck in the magazine. I have to fully disassemble the magazine to get the dummy rounds and blocker out.

These work so that you can keep the weighted dummy rounds in the mag but you must still rack the slide every time you compress the trigger for dry fire. It can be a dangerous habit to start.

The insert works great with a full magazine of the snappoint rounds, gives you the feel of a loaded firearm without the potential of injury. The slide glides right over the insert. I need a few more blue 9mm rounds, 124 grain, but they seem to be very popular, a bit of a shortage.

Game changer for dry fire practice. This loads on top of the Snappoint dummy rounds and prevents feeding. Still allows for the laser cartridge to be in place.
You still have to rack between shots but the slide releases like you have a full mag. So you don’t have to press the slide release.
Yes, I know fancier systems exist. But this extremely inexpensive compared to those systems. Plus, the Snappoint dummy rounds let you dry fire with the same feel as a loaded gun.
