I’ve been dry firing for years — from USPSA match prep to everyday carry drills. But I was always frustrated by snap caps that felt nothing like real ammo. Light, plastic, and flimsy just didn’t cut it.
So when I picked up a Dillon 750 to start reloading, I decided to build my own.
What started as a side project turned into something bigger. Today, SnapPoint snap caps are hand-pressed using factory-new brass, real-weight projectiles in 115gr, 124gr, or 147gr, and our custom SnapPlug primer for safe, repeatable dry fire.
They're built to look, feel, and cycle like live rounds — because that’s how training should feel.
