Processing time

Snap caps and training accessories ship from Colorado Springs, CO the same or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Free ground shipping on US orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are charged USPS rates calculated at checkout. Faster USPS Priority Mail options are available at checkout.

Where we ship

Snap caps and training accessories ship to US addresses only. SnapPoint apparel is printed to order by our print partner and ships separately from the rest of your order.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If your tracking stops updating, your package arrives damaged, or something is missing, email info@snappointusa.com with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged). We'll make it right.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
